1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you (the business signing up) and Dgtise Ltd, registered office 20 High Street, Nailsea, Bristol, BS48 1BT, UK (“MyCalenda”, “we”).

2. The service

MyCalenda gives your business its own booking site, run for you. Each site has its own database and its own login. You use it through the settings page and the booking screens we give you. You do not get access to the technical administration of the site.

3. Plans and prices

Free: £0
Starter: £9.49 a month or £94.90 a year. With the website add-on: £29 a month or £290 a year
Team: £19 a month or £190 a year. With the website add-on: £39 a month or £390 a year
Unlimited: £29 a month or £290 a year. With the website add-on: £49 a month or £490 a year
Website add-on: £20 a month or £200 a year on a paid plan

Paying yearly costs ten times the monthly price (2 months free). Prices are proposed and may change before we open. You will always see the price before you pay. You will always see the price before you pay. We will give you notice before we change the price of a plan you are on (notice period to be decided).

Plans depend on the number of staff who can be booked, not on the number of users. We turn the limits on in the software. Free is limited to 1 staff member, 3 services and 100 bookings a month.

4. Paying

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, through Stripe. We never see your card details.
We do not charge VAT because we are not VAT-registered. If that changes, we will tell you before we start.
There is no free trial. We do not give refunds as a rule. We may look at special cases by hand.
You can cancel at any time by closing your account. We email you a link to download all your data. Your booking page stops taking bookings straight away, and your site goes offline about a week after that email, once your download link has expired. Your subscription ends at the end of the month you have paid for, with no refund for the rest. We delete your site 30 days after it goes offline.
Online payments from your own customers go to your own payment account. We do not hold that money and take no commission.

5. If a payment fails

We email you on days 0, 3 and 6 with a link to update your card. If it is still unpaid on day 7 we switch your site off. We do not move you to a cheaper plan. If you pay, your site comes back at once. If it stays unpaid, we delete the site 90 days after it was switched off, after more warnings. We check Stripe just before deleting.

6. Closing your account, and the Free plan

When you close your account we email you a download link, take the site offline and cancel the subscription. We delete the site 30 days later. Billing records are kept. Backup retention after deletion is to be confirmed with 20i before launch.

A Free site with no activity for 3 months is deleted after three warning emails. Paying customers are not deleted for inactivity.

7. Your data

Your business data is yours. You can download everything at any time from your settings page. You are responsible for what you put in your site, and for having the right to use your customers’ details. For personal data about your customers we are your processor; see the data processing terms and the privacy notice.

8. Using the service properly

Use MyCalenda only for lawful business and do not try to break or overload it.
Do not use a site name that is offensive, misleading or belongs to someone else. We may refuse or remove a name.
Keep your sign-in link private.

We may switch off a site that breaks these rules, and will tell you why wherever we can.

9. What we promise, and what we do not

We take care to keep the service running, updated and backed up. Service level, liability limits and governing law are to be written and reviewed by a lawyer. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
